SydWest Multicultural Services Inc is a non-profit community association which provides practical assistance and services for the relief of proverty, distress and misfortune to disadvantaged and marginalized people in the WEstern Sydney Area. SydWest Multicultural Services Inc will work to empower people irrespective of their ethnic, cultural or religious backgrounds to equally participate in Australian society

What services are provided?
Services provided by CALD All Care Services(CALDACS)Community Care Worker Brokerage Service can include:

  • Assistance with showering and dressing
  • Assistance with meals
  • Light Housework
  • Respite
  • Laundry
  • Shopping
  • Paying bills
  • Transport

    Who can use this service?
    CALDACS Community Care Worker Brokerage Service is designed to assist service providers in Sydney's Greater West in the provision of culturally appropriate care for their CALD clients

    Service providers can use this service if their clients:

  • Are frail aged or have a disability
  • Are from a culturally and linguistically diverse background
  • Do not speak English

    Our Care Workers are:

  • Trained in providing professional,compassionate care
  • Nationally approved trained to work with clients with dementia
  • All bilingual

    Our pool of Community Care Workers speak a range of languages including:

  • Arabic
  • Croation
  • Czech
  • Dari
  • Farsi
  • Filipino
  • French
  • Hindi
  • Italian
  • Macedonian
  • Maltese
  • Pashto
  • Persian
